The observable universe is about 93 billion light-years in diameter. That's the part we can see - there's probably more beyond that, but light from those parts hasn't had time to reach us yet.

How Many Galaxies?

There are probably about 2 trillion galaxies in the observable universe. Each galaxy has hundreds of billions of stars. The numbers are so big they're basically meaningless to most people!
